Abstract

Each and every society is unique in terms of its social organization and social patterns. However, one common aspect among them all is the existence of groups either small or large in which humans live. They are dependent on each other for various basic natural, psycho-social and emotional needs. They consistently interact with each other to refresh themselves. However, enjoying good mental health at all times seem impossible for everyone.
