Legal Control for Managing COVID-19

Abstract

COVID-19 is a serious global problem. Its control is highly necessary. There are various measures for its control. The use of laws for managing COVID-19 has a few interesting aspects. Different settings might implement different laws for controlling COVID-19. The legal control might be over limitation of population movement, control of immigration, mandatory disease reporting, and control of fake news. Here, the author discusses the legal control for managing COVID-19.
