STUDY OF MALE AND FEMALE STUDENT BETWEEN MENTAL HEALTH RELATED TO ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION
Abstract
To see the significant difference between the achievement motivation of male and female students of good mental health, the critical ratio was calculated. The critical ratio value 4.82 is significant at 0.01 level. The male students of good mental health have significantly high achievement motivation. The male students of poor mental health have also significantly high achievement motivation (Critical ratio found 5.31, which is significant at 0.01 level) than female students. Thus the null hypothesis (3) stating that, “There is no significant difference of achievement motivation as related to mental health between male and female students.” is rejected.
