Abstract

To see the significant difference between the achievement motivation related to high and low temperamental quality as ascendant between male and female students, critical ratio was calculated. The table 1 shows that there is significant difference between the achievement motivation of male and female students related to high temperamental quality as ascendant (critical ratio found 6.39, which is significant at 0.01 level). There is also significant difference between the achievement motivation of male and female students related to low temperamental quality as ascendant (Critical ratio found 2.07, which is significant at 0.05 level). Thus the null hypothesis (5.07.1) stating that, “There is no significant difference of achievement motivation related to temperamental quality as ascendant between male and female students.” is rejected.
