Abstract

Contemporary romantic interpersonal mechanics are deeply affected by the tension between anxious attachment patterns and psychological autonomy. Traditional popular literature often reduces complex relational pull to transactional tactics or superficial game-playing, failing to address the underlying psychological drivers. This comprehensive research article introduces the SCORE Model (Self-Respect, Calm/Controlled Communication, Emotional Ownership, Relational Boundaries, Emotional/ Personal Evolution), conceptualized and articulated by Researcher. Integrating core tenets of Social Psychology, Behavioral Economics (Law of Scarcity and Perceived Value), Attachment Theory, and Ancient Stoic Philosophy, this paper systematically demonstrates how emotional independence, impulse control, and strategic silence establish sustainable relational value. Rather than acting as a tool of covert manipulation, strategic silence is redefined as a mechanism of high-level emotional regulation and impulse control. Through detailed qualitative frameworks, cross-disciplinary comparisons, and theoretical modeling, researcher proves that non-needy self-actualization creates organic interpersonal curiosity and long-term attachment security far superior to reactive pursuit behaviors.
